Software Engineer in Test (Java)
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join a development team for our USA client. Their product is an AWS–hosted multi-module payment and analytical platform for healthcare services, written in Clojure/Golang/Python language stack. The product encompasses a few applications for customer journeys (web, mobile), data science/data analytics platform, multiple integrations with federal and governmental resources, and complex micro-service architecture. The product’s domain is Healthcare/Fintech, hence all the compliances and accent on security and high-performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA
- Experience with different testing methods: functional, regression, usability testing
- Experience with healthcare project
- Experience in machine learning testing and/or teaching the model
- Experience with EDI, FHIR data formats
- Working experience with automated testing would be a plus
- Familiar with Java
- Practical background in multi-module testing
- Familiarity with AWS Hosting
- Understanding of software development process
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
Responsibilities:
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality through:
- Analyzing client requirements and development of corresponding test cases
- Performing software testing (functional and non-functional) on multiple environments and configurations
- Issues registration and tracking
- Recommending design and functional improvements or corrections to engineers when applicable
